Payment and Enrollment
To initiate enrollment and reserve your seat, a non-refundable pre-registration fee is required. Once a student formally enrolls in the program, no refunds or credits will be granted. The remaining course fees must be paid in full to access advanced course content and all live sessions. We ensure secure payment processing through multiple convenient channels, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and various digital wallets.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are generally issued only if UPSKILLAURA is unable to deliver a course within 30 days of its scheduled start date. The initial pre-registration fee remains strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, and any processed refunds are subject to applicable statutory deductions. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, and no cash refunds are provided. Processing times may vary depending on the provider.
Service Guarantee: Training and Internship Commitment
We stand behind our commitment to provide a guaranteed one-month of training and internship. If UPSKILLAURA fails to fulfill this specific promise, an executive from our team will contact you to conduct a full verification of the claims. If our internal review confirms that we were unable to meet this commitment on our part, a complete refund of the course fee will be initiated and processed within 5–7 business days.
Course Changes and Rescheduling
Students are permitted a one-time course change request. This request must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the course starts, subject to seat availability in the alternative course, which must start within 30 days of the original course’s completion. Any applicable price difference must be paid within 3 days of approval; no refunds are given for downgrades, only adjustments after a ₹500 processing fee. All change requests, along with necessary documentation, must be sent to support@upskillaura.com.
UPSKILLAURA reserves the right to reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify students promptly, offering options to join the next batch or receive a refund if the delay exceeds 30 days. Students who initiate rescheduling must request it at least 10 days prior to the course start. This is subject to availability and payment of a ₹500 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling requires the completion of all payment adjustments and formalities within 3 business days, and course changes are not permitted during the rescheduling period.
Cancellation by UPSKILLAURA
UPSKILLAURA reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses due to events such as instructor unavailability, insufficient participation, or force majeure events. Students affected by a cancellation will be given the option of receiving a full refund or enrolling in alternative future sessions.

Our Limitation of Liability states that services are provided “as is,” and our maximum liability for any damages is limited to the amount you paid for the course. Your use is also governed by our Privacy and Refund Policies. These Terms are governed by the laws of INDIA with disputes resolved in Rajasthan.

We collect Personal Information (Name, contact details, payment info, educational background) during registration and collect Usage and Device Information (IP address, browsing data) automatically through cookies. We also collect Communication Data and, occasionally, data from trusted Third-Party Sources.
We use this information to provide and improve our platform, process transactions, personalize your experience, enhance security, and send marketing communications (which you can easily opt-out of).
UPSKILLAURA does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share information with strictly confidential service providers or when legally required.
